The ProLíder 2021 Selection Process

The ProLíder 2021 Selection Process is in the Pre-Registration phase and will soon be open!

From the moment you make your Pre-Registration in ProLíder 2021, you will be notified as soon as the Selection Process is opened!

When you enroll in the selection process, you will already be part of the Instituto Four network: the group of young people interested in participating in the Institute's programs and initiatives. The Instituto Four network periodically receives contents from the Institute itself and from our partners. With this content, we want to help you on your successful path!

Stages of the ProLíder 2021 Selection Process

• Online Application: the first phase of the Selection Process is online and can be performed on the Na Prática Portal. It involves registration information, questions about your motivations and background and a video of you up to two minutes briefly telling your story and your dreams.


• Individual interviews: interviews to deepen its history and its connection with the ProLíder.


• Resolution of cases: candidates will be divided into groups by the ProLíder Team and will have the opportunity to resolve a case similar to those they will encounter within the program.


• Alignment Conversations: individual interviews that seek to understand your moment of life and how opportune the ProLíder will be for you.


• Final Panel: : those approved in the Alignment Conversations will be invited to a final face-to-face panel in which they will face questions from the staff and the Council of the Instituto Four.
