Immersion of integration : at the beginning of the program, those approved will be part of discussions and activities that will provide integration with other participants. They will be introduced to ways to make the most of all the opportunities the program has to offer.
Construction of diagnoses about Brazil : the first phase of the program will focus on acquiring in-depth theoretical knowledge on ten themes of public relevance for Brazil. In these meetings, the debates will be conducted by experts of great renown in the areas in which they work: people who already make a difference in their daily lives and will share the challenges they face.
Leadership training: : the second phase of the program will focus on the exploration of theoretical concepts related to leadership and personal development so that participants can have the necessary tools to act in an assertive and results-oriented way daily.
Challenge of cases : in the third phase of the program, in parallel to the discussions on leadership, participants will have the opportunity to use the theoretical concepts learned in real problems of partner organizations of ProLíder and Instituto Four.
Creation of enterprises : in the last phase of the program, participants will apply the concepts learned and matured in enterprises with potential for national transformation. These projects will be presented by evaluation boards, and the best will be awarded.

In 2020, ProLíder Enterprises will focus on five areas. All of them will be discussed in the first stage of the program.
Program hours distribution
ProLíder is a 200-hour program spread over 7 months. Check the distribution of these hours by activity below:
Inauguration Dinner :All approved participants will be presented at the Institutional Dinner Four 2020, fundraising event of the Instituto Four. The Inauguration Dinner is a time for socializing and publicizing the results of the Instituto Four and upcoming projects.
Individual Monitoring: throughout the program, individual 30-minute sessions are held with each of the participants so that we can understand how each one is doing within the ProLíder, their difficulties, and their doubts. The sessions aim to guide participants through the ProLíder
Enterprise support sessions : during the enterprise creation stage, the teams formed within the ProLíder will receive guidance from the program team and from mentors and senior executives, who will be able to provide insights into the structuring of each of the businesses in gestation.
Integration Immersion: after receiving confirmation of approval in ProLíder 2020, participants will be referred to a weekend immersion. The immersion aims to integrate the newly formed class so that everyone can make the most of the debates and training that will come.
